Replacing our key SAP system: Transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA
Subsea7 is undertaking a transformation programme to transition from the existing SAP ECC system to SAP’s S/4HANA cloud-based solution. The programme, called trans4mation, is being deployed during 2025. It aims to enhance our supply chain and logistics processes by improving functionality and integration, fostering stronger relationships with our suppliers.
Updates and important information relevant to our supplier community are being shared regularly throughout 2025.
This transition underscores our commitment to better collaboration, streamlined processes, and future-ready technology.
E-procurement
Subsea7 uses SAP Ariba e-procurement and supply chain cloud solutions to engage with local suppliers and subcontractors.

While Subsea7 logistics manage the entire project, the transportation of goods is outsourced to our logistics suppliers, who ensure our goods are collected, shipped and delivered globally to meet our project requirements.
