Whilst Subsea 7 has a Global team responsible for the management of the company it is organised through a matrix management team where each regional Vice President is held accountable for the profit and loss of their region. The growth of the company is driven by continual close dialogue between the global and regional management.

The company's global offshore operations are supported out of the UK, Africa, Asia Pacific, Brazil, Gulf of Mexico, Norway and The Netherlands.
