Health and Safety and the Environment

Historically, our industry has suffered from boom and bust cycles which have impacted negatively on security of employment and careers. However with the growth in demand for oil and gas together with diminishing reserves, the demand for the specialist skills of Subsea 7 is set to grow. We aim to build a sustainable long term business with a broad portfolio in multiple regions and we are confident that the business of Subsea development will become more and more valued. This provides a more solid base for confidence and long term career development.
