Our selection process consists of a company presentation, behaviour questionnaire and exercise, a structured interview with HR/Area and psychometric test. We have set up a profile below of the preferred qualities we look for every year:
Profile required:
• You should be a dynamic individual that likes challenges.
• You should be due to end your study between 1 and 2 years at the time of selection
• You must be a student based in Rio de Janeiro
• Intermediate in English language
Only the candidates with the above profile will be invited to take part in a selection process.
