Subsea 7 has a deep-rooted and widely respected health, safety, environmental and quality culture.  Equally important is a continued focus on improving our record on safety performance through a proactive safety management culture.

Subsea 7 shall comply with all applicable Laws and relevant industry standards of practice concerning protection of the health and safety of its employees in the workplace, other persons affected by its business activities and the protection of the environment.

Protection of health, safety, environment and the provision of quality services and products is a primary goal of Subsea 7, and the management of the Company shall take such actions as are reasonable and necessary to achieve such goals and carry out its HSEQ policy.

All employees of the Company will conduct their duties and responsibilities in a manner which is compatible with achieving these goals.
