PASS HSE training schools
In order to reach our goal we have developed PASS (Positive Attitude to Subsea Safety) training schools in every operational country. PASS courses are designed to drive further improvement by:
• Delivering a common message to all our people
• Delivering general, intermediate and advanced HSE training courses appropriate to our people
• Defining Critical Safety Behaviours
• Encouraging the observation of, and the use of, intervention techniques to prevent at risk behaviours
PASS recognition
PASS HSE training is widely recognised as some of the most effective available in the offshore sector. Many external organisations that we partner with, who are looking to improve their performance send their staff to PASS training, demonstrating our leadership in safety training.
