  • Subsea 7 wins Pipeline Industries Guild award for subsea pipeline technology for the installation of Mechanically Lined Pipe (Bubi® pipe) by reel-lay.

  • Pazflor Project, Angola - first oil achieved ahead of schedule. Critical to the success of this project was the installation of the world's first Subsea Separator Units at 1,200m.

  • Successful installation of the world's largest Hyperflow® Riser Tower bundle at 1,200m long x 2.3m diameter, weighing 4,200t.

  • Installation of the world's deepest umbilicals in 2,941m water depth in the Perdido Field in the Gulf of Mexico.

  • World's first installation of a wellhead Christmas tree in over 3,000m water depth, using a newly development fibre rope deployment system.

  • Seven Havila achieves the industry's first four man bell dive.

  • Installation of the deepest flexible pipe offshore Brazil in water depth of 2,172m on the Tupi Field.
